High focus, big fun! Our Early Years learners took part in an interactive colour-sorting and number-matching activity using tongs and pom-poms.

Through our Pearson Early Years framework, these hands-on tasks support:

  • Fine motor development: building hand strength, precision and pincer grasp using tongs.
  • Mathematical thinking: identifying numbers, counting quantities and sorting by colour.
  • Concentration and coordination: building hand-eye coordination through focused play.
